After Jannie completed his B.Accountancy (Hons) at the University of Stellenbosch, as a Rhodes scholar he completed his M.Phil (Management Studies) at Oxford University. Jannie is a Chartered Accountant and is the CIO of Remgro Ltd.
Jannie was previously CEO of VenFin which achieved consistently great results under Jannie’s leadership, focusing in the telecommunication, media, financial and technology sectors.
Jannie is a down to earth, no-nonsense individual who keeps Invenfin’s feet firmly on the ground, whilst bringing his international deal making and investment experience to bear upon our investment processes.
