Mariza has taken several group companies through changes and mergers including the restructuring of VenFin and Remgro. Mariza is experienced in listings, corporate structures and statutory procedures.
Mariza manages the company secretarial function for over 70 companies and, most importantly, she keeps this eclectic bunch under control. Mariza holds a BA from the University of Stellenbosch.
