- Is there a clear match with our investment criteria/mandate and your business proposal? We will not consider investments outside of our mandate.
- Have you done the research required to provide us with all the information we require? Be very honest in this evaluation and use our resources section to assist you to do this.
- We will not sign an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement, as your idea maybe be in the public domain, and Invenfin may have simultaneously, have conceived of a similar or the same idea on it’s own, or someone else may have disclosed the same idea or a related invention to us.
- Because we do not sign NDA’s at this stage, you need to be comfortable that by providing us with information you are not restricting your ability to obtain protection over your intellectual property. If you are unsure you need to consult with a legal professional.
